The website of the 31st International Conference does not gather personal data without the consent of the data subject. There is no further processing of the data and particularly no surfing profiles are put together and there is no statistical processing or an analysis of cookies linked to same.
The organisers of the 31st International Conference have provided for the gathering and processing of data in the following cases:
- Pre-registration
- Press and communication
- Registration
In all of these cases, the data subject is informed that:
- Processing will be subject to Spanish Law (Organic Act 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data).
- The personal data will be incorporated to the “Training, Awards and Events” file, which is controlled by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
- Management of requests of gratuitous inscription.
- In each case the data will be used for managing the event and for sending out information on the related activities.
